On Friday, September 15th, at about midday, BVI.BE and the municipality of Beersel officially opened the brand new Breedveld Business Park. With this, BVI.BE has once again succeeded in delivering a top quality commercial property that is popular with entrepreneurs and companies in the region. The 19 new companies that Beersel can welcome thanks to the new business park mean a strong economic boost for the municipality.

Entrepreneurs impressed

There can be a number of reasons why BVI.BE once again found companies quickly for this business park. For example, Breedveld managed to impress local entrepreneurs with an excellent location just two kilometres from the Beersel exit on the Brussels Ring. This, in combination with a top quality finish, fully tailored for the customer has resulted in the units, ranging in area from 136 to 249 m², to be very popular right from the start of the project.

Smooth cooperation with the municipality

The more than satisfactory cooperation with the municipality of Beersel has also helped ensure that companies can already get started in their fully operational SME unit. The fact that it was a good cooperation for both parties was evident from the presence of Beersel Mayor Hugo Vandaele, who greeted the people from BVI.BE and visitors at the launch event with a speech. And the walking lunch afterwards also put the attendees in a good mood.
