The beginning of 2017 announced not only the long-awaited start of the commercialisation of our brand new SME park in Aalter: in the meantime, the construction of both the offices and the SME units has started. In total, BVI.BE will develop a little more than 8,000 m² of units with an area of 250 m² to 3,000 m².
For the construction we will join forces, in familiar BVI.BE style, with the best partner we know in the region: contractor Altez. Thanks to their strong reputation and a quarter century of experience in the construction industry, we can confidently offer our customers in Aalter SME real estate of the highest quality. Delivery is expected in the spring of 2018.
The interest in this promising and innovative project increases by the day and the first sales have already been made. In Woestijne however the focus is on larger units with waterfront activities and, thanks to the new bridge over the canal, there is cross-fertilisation between the two banks. Because no-one runs a business on their own.
